Publication based on the film LOVE-22-LOVE by Jeroen Kooijmans. This book is about love and darkness, with the creative process of 33 years of his artist practice. The story is distilled from his diaries and his personal archive of images, which he’s been keeping since 1992. That same year was the beginning of his relationship with Elspeth Diederix also artist and the love of his life and light at the end of the tunnel. The book is also about darkness. He has suffered from depression and psychosis his whole life, which he has always felt ashamed of. In this story, he dances with his demons and hopes to inspire others to embrace the darkness too.
